The Skyestone brand was developed to embrace that life can be more than you imagined, differentiating it from both direct and indirect competitors.
Through collaborative efforts, Skyestone was able to inspire a new 55+ community seeking to find more out of the best years of life, with a focus on ramping up instead of winding down. The brand awareness campaign successfully generated interest with a highly segmented audience for a new, rapidly growing style of housing development.
