D. Keith Brock

Chief Design Officer + Managing Director

It’s rare to have the opportunity to work with a pioneer of branding and even more rare to work with two — Saul Bass and Walter Landor. My philosophy of design has been profoundly impacted by both and helped shape my belief that great work comes through collaboration by way of integrity, respect, confidence, humility, passion and vision.

Keith began his career as an architect, but found close parallels with branding when given the opportunity to work with Saul Bass on the worldwide rebranding of Exxon. It was a project that led to the belief that branding is ultimately the totality of experience. His newfound interest in branding then led him to Landor, where he worked closely with Walter Landor, and Keith adopted a philosophy of brand to accompany his experiential expertise. These formative years with some of the industry’s leaders provided the foundation for his work with local, national and global organizations across for-profit and nonprofit categories.

As chief design officer, Keith is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, management of the greater team and branding and design practice oversight.

Lori Stikeleather

Creative Director

If your work doesn’t excite you, don’t expect it to excite anyone else.

Lori has always been happiest when making things — anything from lipstick art on childhood walls to elaborate construction projects. In her career, she has been able to take that creative drive and apply it to a range of B2B and B2C clients. She began her career gaining several years’ experience with various agencies where she developed the mantra to “do it right, even if it’s hard”. At LeeReedy (now LRXD) in Denver, she fell in love with product branding and packaging design. It’s also where she learned that creating a meaningful experience for the audience requires you to think beyond yourself. In 2010, the opportunity to work with Keith Brock arose, and she jumped at the chance to gain an uncommon mentor in the world of branding. Lori continues to apply creative strategy to brand problems and works to shape brand experience for our clients.

As Creative Director, Lori inspires and guides creative vision and is responsible for overseeing the brand experience practice.

Kristi Neville

Design Director

Design is in details — every angle, every curve, every space — they can add or take away value.

Kristi thrives on the complexities of problem solving with a unique creative talent for translating the conceptual into the practical and tangible. Her experience with Monigle Associates, one of the country’s largest independent branding firms, was foundational in guiding her approach to strategically driven design. Kristi’s work in branding has instilled a philosophy that great brands are only as great as the thought behind them, the integrity of a supporting system and a steadfast commitment toward effectively managing them.

As Design Director, Kristi’s responsibility is to guide and promote the best practices of building and protecting brands through a comprehensive systems approach.

Todd Hossfeld

Director of Marketing

No matter the objective, strategy, or execution –as marketers, we must never lose sight of the brand and what it stands for.

Todd is a 24-year marketing veteran who prides himself on being a genuine and collaborative business partner with his clients and colleagues. Whatever the opportunity, the consistent thread that has pulled him along in his career is a love for branding. Experience has shown him that brands always play a role in business and consumer life. Todd most recently worked at The Integer Group/TBWA, a global consumer marketing agency, where he led multiple integrated marketing campaigns in a variety of categories including: ready-to-eat cereal, snacks, beverage, casual dining, travel and tourism, financial, and vision care. Now, at Diverge, he is applying his experience in an exciting new direction.

As Director of Marketing, Todd’s is responsible for revenue growth, client relationship management, marketing and social media for the agency.
